Rotation Coach does not collect any data. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no server belonging to us that the app ever contacts.
Everything you create in the app — your teams, rosters, player names and numbers, formations, substitutions and settings — is stored only on the device you created it on. It is never uploaded, and we have no way to see it, retrieve it or delete it.
Because of that, deleting the app deletes your data. If you want to keep a copy, use the export or QR-sharing features to save it somewhere yourself.
The app can use your camera for exactly one purpose: reading a QR code that you point it at, in order to import a team. The image is decoded on the device and is never stored or transmitted. You can decline the camera permission and the app still works — the same information can be pasted as text.
If you choose to add a team logo, the app reads the image you select and stores it on your device as part of that team. No other photo is accessed.
Rotation Coach PRO is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details, name or address. The app asks the App Store whether this device's account owns a purchase, and stores only the answer — locally, on the device.
The app is intended for coaches. It collects nothing from anyone, including children. Player names and numbers that a coach enters are the coach's own records and remain on the coach's device.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
